Biography

Emily Bujnoch is an Instructional Assistant Professor at Texas A&M ‘s new School of Performance, Visualization, and Fine Arts. Her specializations include creature sculpting and technical direction (rigging, fur simulation, etc.) as well as over two years of animation production management. In her spare time, she often dabbles with mixing digital and physical sculpture mediums with rouge taxidermy.

Prior to graduate work, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Visualization at Texas A&M in 2017 and was shortly hired as a production intern at DreamWorks. Her official internship credits include Kipo & The Age of the Wonderbeasts and The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants as well as uncredited involvement on Guillermo del Toro’s Tales of Arcadia: 3Below. After her internship, she was hired full-time to work Boss Baby: Back in Business as a production assistant. Her production coordinator credits include Boss Baby: Back in the Crib and the Netflix interactive episode of Boss Baby:Get That Baby!

Some of her recent works have been on display in several shows. “Precious Leaf” has been featured in Interweaving, a joint exhibition at the Center for Craft in Asheville, North Carolina. “A Hypothetical Food Chain” was also accepted into Real or Imagined, a national juried exhibition at the Attleboro Arts Museum in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
