Information, Deadlines & Fees
Participation is open to educational dance programs associated with a public, private, or parochial school. Independent dance studios and home school students are not eligible for registration.

DEADLINES, FORMS & FEES:
October 31, 2023 – High School Registration Form Due: $225
Complete the High School Registration Form.
- Registration is not considered complete until the registration form is completed, and payment is rendered.
- $225 includes 2 faculty or chaperones, and up to 25 students. PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of 25 students per high school.
- Additional faculty/chaperones: $90 per person. PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of 5 chaperones/teachers. This is in ADDITION to the 2 faculty included in the registration for a grand total of 7 adults.

November 17, 2023 – Release of Liability & Criminal Background Clearances Forms Due (two separate forms)

- Download the Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearances Form
- Access the online Child Protection Training course here – course # 26111652
- You will be required to enter a password to complete this training. This password will be sent out via email on September 5, 2023, to those registered to attend the event by Grae Robinson. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact her at graerobinson@tamu.edu to be resent the password.
- Transcripts/certificates for each faculty/chaperone must be submitted to show proof of course completion

December 15, 2023 – Adjudication Forms Due: $30 per dance
Complete the Adjudication Form.

January 12, 2024 – Student Registration Forms Due: $140 per student
Complete the Student Registration Form.
- Each student is required to complete the Student Registration Form. PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of 25 students per high school.
- Each registration includes one festival T-shirt per student.
- Students interested in purchasing a printed program book may indicate so through their registration form. PLEASE NOTE: Printed program books will add an additional $10 to the registration fee.
- Once all registrations are complete, we will email an invoice for payment.
