College-Level Scholarships And Academic Program Scholarships
Texas A&M students majoring in an undergraduate and graduate degree within the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts are eligible for college-wide scholarships. These are tuition applied scholarships.
These scholarship funds for the academic year will be divided between fall and spring semesters. For example, if you receive a $1,000 scholarship, you will receive $500 in the fall and $500 in the spring semester.
Requirements
Minimum GPR
- Undergraduate Student: 3.0
- Graduate Student: 3.5
Full-time student in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts
- Undergraduate Students: Enrolled in 12 credit hours at Texas A&M University and declared major in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts
- Graduate Students: Enrolled in 9 credit hours at Texas A&M University and declared major in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts
Steps To Apply And Application Deadline
Complete an application for school and program level scholarships taking effect in Academic School Year 2024-2025 (Fall 2024/Spring 2025) and submit it along with other criteria as noted below.
Current and incoming Texas A&M students should complete the application and return it along with your cover letter, resume, responses to prompted questions, and a 1 to 2-page self-reflective essay.
Current students must submit applications no later than December 1, 2023, midnight. Incoming students must submit applications no later than February 15, 2024, midnight. Please submit all criteria in one email to johnabinajm@tamu.edu. Please note in the subject line your full name and the name of the scholarship you are applying for. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Notification of awarded funds will occur 2-3 months after the deadline.
