The BRAZOSbrazos exhibition showcases Karen Hillier’s decade-long exploration of the Brazos River bottom, capturing its shifting beauty and complexity through stereo pinhole photography. The exhibition is on display through Dec. 19 at James R. Reynolds Gallery.

Costume designer and visual theatre director Fruzsina Nagy will present an exhibition of her work from Sept. 12 through Oct. 31.

Felice House, associate professor, will be exhibiting selections from her acclaimed Re-Western series at The Kimbell Cultural Event Center in Bryan.

On Halloween night, Lorefest will take to the streets with a ghost walk led by Dr. Kathy Torabi and Texas A&M students from various courses, reenacting tales with visuals and sound through the haunted streets of historic Downtown Bryan.

This symposium will feature students, faculty and community members discussing folklore and everything spooky about the area and beyond. The keynote speaker is Texas podcast host Shelly Pruitt, who is a renowned ghost hunter and researcher from the show “Everything Vaguely Paranormal.”

Faculty members will present a celebration of folklore via dance, visuals and sound. Entry is free, but registration will be required due to limited seating.

Join us for the launch of the Dallas Women’s Gallery Project, a Texas A&M initiative highlighting the history of D.W. Gallery (Dallas, 1975–1988). Founded by eight women, the gallery fostered major artistic careers. This free event invites the community to engage with artists and explore collaboration’s lasting impact.

The performances feature 17 new choreographic works created by 19 students in the Dance Science program. Genres including contemporary, ballet and jazz will be featured. The production was created by students who organized and produced all aspects of the show.
