Parking at the Physical Education Activity Program Building (PEAP)
Surface Lot 100
Classes, registration and the student pizza party will take place at PEAP. Lot 100 is a surface lot for cars and vans across Penberthy Boulevard. Please see RHSDF – PEAP Parking Map for reference.
To purchase a parking permit for Lot 100 you can create a visitor account here: Visitor Parking. You will need to request a login ID for nonaffiliates. If you plan on parking in one of the lots, please submit your request prior to arriving to our festival to ensure you receive a login. You will need to enter your license plate information. The rate is $10 per day.
Parking in Lot 100 is free after 5 p.m. on Friday, March 13; and free all day Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15.
Parking near Rudder Tower
University Center Garage (UCG)
Festival performances, rehearsals, auditions and recruitment events will take place in Rudder Tower. The closest parking option is the University Center Garage, which is located right across from Rudder Tower on Joe Routt Boulevard.
Enter from George Bush Drive onto Houston Street, turn right onto Joe Routt Boulevard, turn right onto Throckmorton Street to access the parking garage entrance. Please see RHSDF – Rudder Parking Map for reference.
Parking is available at University Center Garage (UCG) for daily rates. All garages accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover — no checks. In addition, all garage visitor parking locations have at least one machine that accepts cash.

Charter Buses

Buses can drop students off right in front of PEAP on Penberthy Boulevard. When finding parking, continue straight, turn right onto Tom Chandler Drive, which will lead to Lot 100d, Penberthy RV Lot.

Enter from George Bush Drive onto Houston Street, turn right onto Joe Routt Boulevard. There is a space for a bus drop-off near the building. After dropping off, turn right onto Throckmorton Street, then turn left onto Lewis Street. Please see RHSDF – Rudder Parking Map for reference.
Buses are free to park on the right side of Lewis Street. Please see Bus Parking – Lewis Street for reference.
