Tim McLaughlin

McLaughlin’s areas of interest include visual effects production, real-time 3D graphics for narrative and interactive storytelling, training, simulation, and collaboration, animation authoring systems, and the relationship between visual fidelity and learning outcomes in computer graphics environments used for teaching and training. He is a member of the Visual Effects Society, ACM SIGGRAPH Pioneer and a former Creature Supervisor at the Industrial Light & Magic and Lucasfilm Animation.
