It is the ninth time in the past decade that the university has been ranked in the top 10. Game design is part of the Visualization program, and it is the focus of the LIVE Lab.

Inside, the group of artists, animators, programmers and designers that call this space home can be found working in concert, pausing every so often to exchange an equal mix of ideas, jokes and constructive feedback.

Texas A&M University is again in the top 10 among public schools nationally for game design, according to new rankings by Animation Career Review.

Two educational video games developed at the college were among four high-impact academic and research initiatives showcased to the university’s top donors.
