BIOGRAPHY
Jimin Rhim conducts interdisciplinary research on the design of emerging technologies, with a focus on interactive social agents including robotics and artificial intelligence. Her work aims to develop human-centered systems that contribute to societal advancement and well-being. Rhim earned her Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Culture and Technology at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), where her doctoral dissertation was selected as one of KAIST’s top research achievements of 2019. She also received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from KAIST in the Department of Industrial Design.
