Biography

Jacklyn is the Athletic Trainer responsible for providing Athletic Training Services for the College of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts. The services provided by ATC’s comprise of prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Athletic trainers (ATs) are highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professionals who render service or treatment, under the direction of or in collaboration with a physician, in accordance with their education, training and the state’s statutes, rules and regulations.

Jacklyn graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Fort Hays State University in 2017 and graduated with her Masters in Exercise Science from Marshall University in 2019. She has worked as the Lead Athletic Trainer for the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2018 season, at Orchard Park High School through UBMD Ortho & Sports Med in Orchard Park, NY in 2019, and as the Head Athletic Trainer for Southeast Missouri State University Holland College of Arts through Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, MO from 2020-2022. She joined PVFA in January of 2023.

Jacklyn is devoted to promoting health and wellness for all artists and to ensuring artists perform to the best of their abilities, prevent injuries, and help return the artist to performing at an elite level as soon as possible following injury.
