
Fruzsina Nagy, ‘In The Waves of Mekong’

Costume designer and visual theatre director Fruzsina Nagy will present an exhibition of her work through Oct. 31.
Nagy was selected for the second-annual New Work Development Artist Residency. Nagy’s installation features three intricate costumes inspired by the story of Beth Lo, a Hmong refugee living in the United States. The installation also features a soundscape by Lynn Vartan, associate professor, and video work by Tim Weaver, instructional associate professor.
J. Wayne Stark Galleries is in the Memorial Student Center. It is open Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from noon–6 p.m.
