Participation
Participation is open to educational dance programs associated with a public, private or parochial school. Independent dance studios and homeschool students are not eligible for registration.

Oct. 3, 2025 — High School Registration Form due: $225
Complete the High School Registration Form.
- Registration is not considered complete until the registration form is completed and payment is rendered.
- $225 includes two faculty or chaperones and up to 30 students. PLEASE NOTE: The limit is 30 students per high school.
- Additional faculty/chaperones: $90 per person. PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of five chaperones/teachers. This is in addition to the two faculty included in the registration for a grand total of seven adults.
Payment is also accepted via check. Make checks payable to “Texas A&M University.” Please put “RHSDF Texas A&M” in the notes.

Please volunteer to teach at the festival! We hope the many talented teachers representing their schools will offer to volunteer teach at the event.
Dec. 12, 2025: Adjudication Videos and Forms Due: $30 per dance
