Music Students Perform At MSC Flag Room As Part Of Noon Concert Series

The series provides students an opportunity to perform music they have worked on throughout the semester.

On Feb. 25, students in the Music program performed as part of the Noon Concert Series in the Memorial Student Center Flag Room.

The series provides students an opportunity to perform music they have worked on throughout the semester. The concert featured three performances, organized by Virginia Figueiredo, D.M.A., instructional associate professor.

“This is also an opportunity for the Texas A&M community to listen to the caliber of students that we have in our Music program,” Figueiredo said. “It is a great variety of musical styles and genres.”

​The saxophone quartet featured Kameran Myers, tenor; Campbell Scott, bari; Joshua Mark, soprano; and Aidan Bosse, alto.

​The Beethoven trio featured Lillian Lopez, cello; Bryan Stevens, violin; and Myles Murphy, piano.

​The oboe quintet featured Natcha Phaobunjong, cello; Steffi Hoang, violin; Andrew Nielsen, oboe; Riley Marti, viola; and Van-Anh Kerr, violin.

The next concerts will be held on March 26 and April 22 at noon in the MSC Flag Room.
