Admission is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensemble performances will include a string quartet; a piano and string trio; solo trombone and piano; saxophone trio; and the Trombone Choir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time in 15 years, <a href=\"https:\/\/pvfa.tamu.edu\/staff\/david-f-wilborn\/\">Dr. David Wilborn<\/a>, associate professor, will have a fellow Performance Studies faculty member coaching the students during the concert: <a href=\"https:\/\/pvfa.tamu.edu\/staff\/virginia-figueiredo\/\">Virginia Figueiredo<\/a>, instructional associate professor in music for woodwinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Figueiredo\u2019s students will have five performances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Anton Dvorak\u2019s String Quartet No. 12, \u201cAmerican,\u201d Op. 96, Movement 1.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Violin 1: Lam Ngo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violin 2: Kim Chen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viola: Emma Cleveland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cello: Michael Louie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franz Schubert\u2019s String Quartet No. 14, \u201cDeath and the Maiden,\u201d D810, Movement 1<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Violin 1: Kim Chen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violin 2: Lam Ngo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viola: Emma Cleveland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cello: Michael Louie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dmitri Shostakovich\u2019s \u201c5 Pieces for 2 Violins and Piano, V \u2013 Polka.\u201d Arrangement by Levon Atovmyan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Piano: Andrew Mao<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violin 1: Kim Chen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violin 2: Lam Ngo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franz Schubert\u2019s \u201cSerenade\u201d for trombone and piano.
