Research Travel Scholarships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Undergraduate or graduate students within the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts who are presenting research throughout the state, region, nation and\/or abroad are eligible. The research presentation should be submitted or accepted prior to application submission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awarded funds will only become available once presentation acceptance has been confirmed. Funds may be used for airfare, hotel, registration fees, and\/or transportation to and from the airport\/hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A self-reflective essay must be submitted to the Scholarship Committee after the travel has concluded. Essays are due no later than four weeks from the last day of travel. Essays can be submitted to johnabinajm@tamu.edu<\/a>. Essays should be no less than two full pages typed, and follow an APA or MLA style of format. Essays should be about what the learning outcome was for you and how you benefited from this research travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
