The research presentation should be submitted or accepted prior to application submission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum GPR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate student: 3.0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate student: 3.5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Full-time student in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Enrolled in 12 credit hours for undergraduate students (9 credit hours for graduate students) at Texas A&amp;M University and declared major in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate Students: Enrolled in 9 credit hours at Texas A&amp;M University and declared major in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-steps-to-apply-and-application-deadline\">Steps to Apply and Application Deadline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Complete an application for Academic School Year 2025-2026 (Fall 2025\/Spring 2026) and submit it along with other criteria as noted below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Current Texas A&amp;M College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts students&nbsp;should complete the travel application and return it with your cover essay \u2014 including the description of your research, progress, plans, purpose, benefit and how the funds will be used to assist you on your research journey \u2014 along with a resume, budget including additional funding sources, proof of acceptance into a conference, performance or other purposes for the trip. An outcome essay is required to submit upon returning from the trip. The outcome essay must include what the research\/presentation meant for you and how it academically impacted you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline for this scholarship is ongoing and will be accepted throughout the academic year. Please submit all criteria in one email to <a href=\"mailto:pvfascholarships@tamu.edu\">pvfascholarships@tamu.edu<\/a>. Please note in the subject line your full name and the name of the scholarship you are applying for.
