The college fair will occur on Sunday, March 10th, and Monday, March 11th. Recruiters will have the opportunity to speak with students and their teachers throughout the weekend.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To make payments online, please visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/tamu.estore.flywire.com\/products?storeCatalog=1203\">online store.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fees\">Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n<h3>$275 per exhibitor &#8211; includes one exhibit table, two chairs, admittance for two to all festival activities, and one copy of the printed program book.<\/h3>\n<p>Power in the festival exhibit hall is an additional cost. Many are attending the festival so that they can offset the cost of college tours by meeting and interviewing with many schools and programs in one place. We invite you to offer a scholarship and participate in the audition day to accept students to your program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Scholarship audition classes will be held on Saturday, March 9th. Times will be determined after registration.<\/h4>\n<h4>Auditions are open only to those students who have registered prior to arrival at the festival and have paid as full festival participants. You may not use the festival audition to audition outside students.<\/h4>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-festival-recruitment-policy\">Festival Recruitment Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n<h4>In accordance with the philosophy of the National &amp; Regional High School Dance Festival, we ask all recruiters to observe the following guidelines:&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Only official representatives from each college\/university and\/or summer scholarships may be present at the auditions.<\/li>\n<li>No high school teachers, chaperones, parents\/guardians, or students are permitted to enter the audition area.<\/li>\n<li>Interviews with individual students should be scheduled in the exhibition area.
