Arts in Health and Well-Being Workshop Series: Movement for Connection And Expression
April 16 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Hosted by the Institute for Applied Creativity, this free workshop series explores how movement and theatre-based practices support mental well-being. Open to all students, the sessions focus on stress reduction, confidence-building and connection. No prior experience required. Snacks/refreshments and giveaways included. Sessions take place in the Student Services Building, Room 314.
